VALLEY CRESCENT CENTER

Located: Gardnerville, Nevada

This shopping center was acquired by Dickerhoof Properties in March 2006 and is located on Gardnerville's premier retail artery. The center consists of a 49,000 sf Raley's supermarket along with 11,000 sf of in-line space. During the summer of 2008 the facades of the in-line shops were redone making them appear new and the site work and landscaping at the center was upgraded. In late 2010 a new monument sign was installed and Raley's did a major facelift to their facade and upgraded the interior of their store.
